Return policy

Payment can be made using electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas. Payments are processed in euro currency using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Payments can also be processed by a bank transfer or PAYPAL payment system.

We understand if decisions change and we are happy to accept products back if you change your mind. However, there are some exceptions. We cannot accept returns on engraved items unless you received a defective item. Also individual orders - we made them just for you.

Low-quality jewelry that does not meet the standards at the time of purchase is returned or exchanged (the wrong jewelry was received, the number of eyelets, color, etc. do not match)

The purchased product can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the day of receiving the product.

Worn, modified or damaged goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with intact labels.
