Poor quality goods are replaced, repaired or returned in accordance with the Goods Return and Replacement Rules approved by the Order of the Minister for the Economy on 29 June 2001 (Law No. 217 “Regarding Approval for the Goods Return and Replacement Rules”).
You can return or replace only those pieces of jewellery that are poor quality or if these pieces of jewellery do not meet the former standards at the time of purchase (for example, you received a wrong piece of jewellery, the number of eyes is inaccurate, wrong colour and so on.). Other pieces of jewellery are non-returnable based on Replacement-Return Rules.

A bought item can be replaced or returned within 14 days after receiving receipt of order.
Used, modified or broken goods are non-returnable and non-replaceable. Goods must be returned in their original package with all tags attached.
The process of replacing-returning the item:
Inform us about your wish to replace or return the item via email email@example.com and receive information that is required for returning the item.
Carefully pack the item and send it to us.
